I drove 20 mins in the rain specifically to get Adrian's July 3rd flavor. I was hoping to quench a late night custard craving. Adrian's is a Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde kind of place. You can get good custard and a solid serving size one time or somewhat bland, overly doctored custard or possibly a tiny serving size another. What I got for a 2 scoop dish order tonight was a bairly 1/2 filled small dish. I took it back to the window thinking it had to be a mistake and was told that they go by weight. Really? Weight? This flavor must have gold bullion mixed in as the amount of custard in that dish would be a single scoop at every custard place within 40 miles. I routinely visit Kopps and Oscars. They pack a 2 scoop dish full and often over the rim. Adrian's gets a lot of positive reviews, but it's mostly due to nastaligia and the fact their only competition is fast food grade custard at Culver's. Adrian's used to be better, but Mr Hyde is showing up more and more the last 2 years. I will just make the long drive to Kopps or Oscars from now on as it's better custard with larger servings.

Definitely so worth the stop. Staff are friendly and fast. Delicious! I would recommend a strawberry pretzel Sunday.

The vanilla custard was very good 👍. It had a great vanilla flavor, was light in texture, and was very much a creamy custard. So much better than the Culver's down the street. It was very busy for lunch but I still made it through the line quickly. I will definitely be back!

Great portion size for the price! I love the smooth and creamy taste of soft served ice cream! My go to order is vanilla icecream on a waffle cone dipped in rainbow sprinkles! It is my childhood favorite and will always be my cherished combo! If you love good ice cream, come to Adrian's! You will not be disappointed!
