The Story
The soda fountain at Alaska Family Pharmacy offered a sweet escape, with frosted mugs clinking and laughter echoing between shelves. Every scoop of ice cream felt like a little piece of Americana, perfectly chilled and piled high with joy. Stepping in from the Alaskan air, the scent of vanilla and cherry made the whole North Pole feel a bit warmer.

Didn't fill Rx on Friday or by Monday as promised. Had to get on an airplane that day. Sent it to next pharmacy but with the wrong insurance information and would not answer phone to help correct issue. Paid $60 for what usually cost $1. I'm changing my pharmacy.

While I (my cat) is new to Alaska Family Pharmacy, I am so pleased with the quality of customer service they have provided. They have been great communicators who are trying to accommodate the needs of my senior cat's medicine. From trying to find the right concoction to compound his medicine so its tasty, to delivering his meds to a pharmacy to Fairbanks for pick up so we don't have to drive out there... I'm very impressed. Thank you!

I have been using Alaska Family Pharmacy in North Pole for years and always feel well taken care of with any prescription or over the counter needs that arise. Fast service, friendly staff and knowledgeable.
