When I first visited Ample Hill, my family and I were blown away. The ice cream was phenomenal - it was unique, creative, and delicious. We faithfully tried all locations and looked forward to trying the special flavor that each location had. Then there was some sort of business deal that went wrong. Something happened. A deal fell through or something. When things settled something was off. The ice cream is still excellent but there is a lack of intimacy now. We still love it but it isn’t the same.

While taking a quick walk with my pals, we stumbled upon a quaint delicacy that’s swept the nation titled “AMPLE HILLS CREAMERY”. Being accompanied by some of ice cream’s biggest fans, we meandered in and were astonished by the stores aesthetic dedicated to cows and hills. Here is where we met AHC’s celebrity employee, Nick. He granted us the true star treatment that made US feel like the celebrities. From free sample tastings, to take away tattoos & stickers, Nick made this place feel like home. There truly is a number of selections for all & all will leave AHC feeling quite satisfied. So thank you AHC and our fave, Nick. We will return. Five stars.

Very creamy as the name implies. A lot of delicious sounding and looking flavors. I went with the cookies and cream, bae the Oreo and the banana pudding. I’m glad she shared. Service was quick. Efficient. As they say, they aren’t stingy with the samples.

This is what it’s all about. Inventive ice cream. High-quality ice cream. Ice cream served with kindness. I was thrilled to see that it had two different pumpkin offerings available on my visit. How many ice cream establishments can say that? Ample Hills is a New York classic, and it has survived incredible events. Long may it endure.
