I have to review the root beer freeze. The consistency of the drink was unexpected but delightful. Most root beer floats I have had were very thick. This one had the consistency of milk. The flavor of the root beer was subtle and enjoyable. I swear that I took one sip and it was all gone. If I didn't get a tummy ache from drinking the entire thing, I would go right back and order another. The manager was also pleasant and kind. What a wonderful experience! It was worth every penny.

The custard was okay. Not worth the $8 I paid for a larger size I didn't ask for. Service was also poor. I went in with a friend with the intention of paying separate. Perhaps the cashier was confused when he asked if that was all and she said yes, however common courtesy should have been to ask me if I would like to order once he closed the ticket. Instead he left to make hers. Once he delivered it he wished us a good night and left. He wasn't overly rude, just not attentive. Secondly, once we got his attention again, I asked for a custard on the menu with a substitute. He didn't explain, he would have to charge the custom build price. It would have been nice to know. And last, when I said what I wanted I forgot to say what size I wished. Instead of verifying with me (something I was always taught to do when I worked food service). He just rung me up for a larger size. I'm not impressed, it was not worth the price. I most likely won't be back and would recommend other places for a cold treat.

It was really great. I live in Ohio and I have been wanting Andy's since I left here like a year ago. I just had the two scoops and a waffle cone. It was great tasting. I can't really remember what the other two children got. A strawberry, something or other and then Ricky suave. Congratulations to 40 years and many more. 3-10-26

This is a great ice cream place. Or should I say “custard place.” I recently ventured here with my family and they kept correcting me that it’s custard and NOT ice cream, haha. But they’re right their is a big difference. Their product is super thick and they have tons of great options like concretes and orange soda floats. You should definitely try out Andy’s!
