The Story

Annie's plays the Old West straight — a saloon front on Cody's main drag pouring floats and sundaes instead of whiskey, a block from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.

Excellent atmosphere, service, food, and drinks. The owner was out the week I went, and her daughter did amazing juggling her kids and the business. She even let the customer in front of me know that the coleslaw didn't look good enough so they weren't offering it until she could get to the store.

Cute place and cute aesthetic. The floats we got were mid. I wouldn't pay $7 for the float again, but it was a nice experience for sure. Maybe just grab some ice cream if you go!

I visited Annie’s Soda Saloon in Cody, Wyoming and had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which was surprisingly delicious and perfectly made. The coffee was also very good and paired well with the meal. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming service. The staff were attentive and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere has a nice, classic small-town diner feel that fits perfectly with the Cody vibe. Overall, it’s a great casual spot for a simple meal, good coffee, and a pleasant break while exploring the area. I’d definitely stop by again when in Cody.
