Nice spot near the heart of Rosenberg by the tracks. Walked in about 12:10 on Friday and no issues with being escorted to an open table. Left around 1 and saw the empty tables fill up, but never a line waiting. Ordered BLT (no ‘T’ for me), and a side of onion rings ($7.25). My wife order the club sandwich. Food service was fast. Onion rings are beer battered, but not homemade. Not the best, but certainly filled the description. The sandwiches arrived quickly, the club was ‘good’, and the BLT was fine. Bacon plentiful, but a little too crispy for me. Picked up a fresh made vanilla shake ($8) to go, with whipped cream and a cherry. It hit the spot to finish our visit at this historic cafe. My wife and I walked out for $45 to cover two sandwiches, two drinks, onion rings, and a shake.

This is a wonderful place to go to when shopping in downtown Rosenberg or wanting an authentic old cafe experience. The fries were excellent; crispy outside and a soft inside. The shakes are also a great choice! Karma K. was an awesome server!

Lovely downtown eatery. Staff was attentive and the food tasty. My wife and I will have to return to try more of the menu. We were only looking for something to tide over and so only had a sandwich and a sundae but both were delicious.
