First time here with the family, decided to support local instead of going to usual the DQ down the road but it'll be my last time here unfortunately. I've never had an ice cream place tell me "that'll be your last sample" (with a rude tone). This was also after 3 samples, we usually share samples too. I asked what's your usual cap, she said 4 to 5. Interesting policy. Way to lose potential customers.

Came in to use my free cone reward, only to find out that they had switched rewards systems since I last visited, but never texted or emailed to let me know. Additionally, when I downloaded their new app in order to scan for the points for today's purchase, the lady let me know that I had already paid, so I could get rewards credit on my next visit. Incredibly disappointed as we had been coming here for years. Rated 2 stars instead of one because the ice cream has been consistently delicious over the years, just feel very disrespected as a customer with today's interaction. This also sadly will most likely end as my last visit there, since I'm trust has been broken.

Awesomeness I don’t know about you…… I love ice cream all year long and especially when we get into Fall Winter Holidays!! I had to come and try the Homemade Ice Cream Capital of North Metro. I had the privilege of the owner scooping my two choices of ice cream, Black Cherry and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip. Delicious, wonderful and creamy, and I have to elaborate on the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip!!! It was amazing with perfect amount of seasoning and a lovely amount of Chocolate chip pieces. Yummy!! Prices were reasonable and scoop sizes were perfect!!!! What a wonderful story about the family that was on the wall and I am happy to say I loved my experience and recommend to all you ice cream lovers….. go check them out 💜✝️💜 Ps… I read a few of their reviews where people complained about pricey……. A horrible comment to make in a review, why ?? You might ask…… pricey against what …… McDonald’s or Dairy Queen …… of course for ice cream …. It is handmade old fashioned SCOOP ICE CREAM that is delicious. ….. not processed up the ying yang and filled with chemicals ….. please when you make comments like pricey…. Create perspective and then you will see ….. Big Dipper prices are perfect(maybe a lil low for the quality and personal experience) for what you get!!! Thank you 🙏🏼 Appreciate the Family Legacy too 🤩
