  My daughters and I came here for ice cream and when we went inside to order, multiple girls looked at us and then continued to ignore us. When we were finally acknowledged, they were rude and unattentive. We were served the wrong flavor and when we brought it to their attention that one of my daughters has celiac disease and needed fresh supplies, they failed to clean the machines. Great ice cream, but the bad customer service would definintely deter us from coming again.

  Ordered a hand dipped blueberry ice cream and a soft serve turtle sundae. Both were good. It was very cold inside. Staff seemed pleasant.

  Dont come here if you have Allerigies of any kind. Made milkshake with peanut mixer and almost killed my girlfriend. Then they also had a dog behind the counter on a leash which ive never seen in any food service spot ever EDIT: owner says, allergy wasnt when we told them TWICE, vocalized and acknowledged by the employees but it was a new girl and wasn't given proper training or help because she was confused. Also food service cannot have pets in food preparing areas its against michigan and federal health codes. What if the dog has lice or defecates behind the counter or pees somewhere. You

  Lavender ice cream! Need I say more? I also tried the Lemonberry flavour and it’s so delicious. The flavours are light and fresh. I also love that they offer gluten free ice cream cones, which is hard to find for my son who is allergic to wheat. You sure made my little guy happy that he could enjoy his ice cream on a cone! My only problem here was that I wanted all the flavours 😝
