  I was treated poorly by the owner and told to go else where. I asked a question about a coupon and was told that he doesn't have to accept it. I was greeted with an attitude among arrival. I ask was it because of my skin color because the way I was treated was unacceptable. I depend on my medication due to health issues and to be told to go else where is unprofessional and unnecessary. I will not be going back to that pharmacy. I'm in total disbelief by the way I was treated! (Why all the bad reviews coming from Black people? We all have the same issue and was treated the same way . Unacceptable take accountability and be truthful. ) Again, I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for quite some time and have generally relied on them for my medication needs. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I attempted to pick up my prescription, the individual I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I tried to use an RX discount code from the pharmacy’s website and was informed that it was not allowed. During the conversation, I was also told that my medication could not be transferred and that I should “go somewhere else” to have it filled. This medication is for behavioral health and is something I need to take daily. Being told to take my business elsewhere without any attempt to assist me or explain my options was concerning and unacceptable. Patients who depend on important medications should be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion. After the interaction, I called back and spoke with the receptionist, who apologized for the situation and informed me that the person I had spoken with was the owner. While I appreciate the apology, the experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the level of customer service being provided. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure patients are treated with courtesy and respect in the future

  History of Hapeville is wrapped around every inch of this establishment. In business since 1921 and still in the original storefront located directly in the heart of downtown. Pharmacy is located in the back and Icey Chicks health conscious smoothies etc. are in the front. Please visit and support great customer service and outstanding treats.

  I was flabbergasted! I have been having trouble getting my prescription filled of and on for months so I listened to my best friend about his pharmacy and thought I would give them a shot. Before I could load my insurance information in, they already had it all and were sending me an email that the prescription was ready! I've NEVER had service this fast! Thank You Chapman Pharmacy!
