Delicious homemade ice cream and espresso! Really makes me miss Italy! I will be taking espresso beans and truffles home for sure! The place is small, cozy and very clean. Wish I brought a book! Perfect place to get a small gift or goodies with a card for friends, family, teachers and co-workers.

I was casually walking around and found this place. I tried their matcha gelato ice cream and berry gelato ice cream. They both were amazingly tasty. If you love matcha, you’re gonna love it. I also tried few chocolates. My fav one was the creamy hazelnut. Definitely coming back:)

My wife introduced me to Chocolaterie Stam at Shadow Lake. They have the most amazing specialty chocolates and when you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to a Victorian Era chocolate shoppe. They have some interesting flavors and you can build your own box. No need to mash the questionable chocolates so you don't accidentally eat a gross one here! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Stam is one of my favorite chocolate stores by far for its creme hedgehog truffles featured in the picture. I love the gelato which is a reasonable price and you’re given a lot of. The pistachio is my favorite! The coffee, ambience, and kind workers make the 25 minute trip to Shadow Lake 100% worth it!
