City Drug is the best pharmacy! They always make sure we are taken care of. I could walk in a minute before they close and they still greet and smile as you come in! They have also helped other people I know after hours when everything is closed including myself. They go out of their way to give us the best service. They go they extra mile for everyone! I feel they treat everyone the same doest matter what insurance you have. They treat everyone as family!

City Drug has a lot of really helpful free services to get you the meds you need, but doesn't have the staffing or infrastructure to support those services. Particularly, the Paks machine regularly breaks/isn't running and the med delivery system doesn't have any tracking. If you aren't in your house constantly from 10am to 8pm, you will likely miss your delivery, and there is no system in place to tell you that you missed it. If you are able to be flexible with when you receive your meds, though, City Drug is a great pick.

Our family has been with City Drug for 35 years!! We have always been treated with consideration and they have been so helpful with any and all prescriptions .Answering all questions... Polite and caring...good friends to everyone..
