Stopped in here after my birthday pedicure, the ice cream was so good, service was excellent, the young lady (who looks like a model) was serving by herself, she hooked us up right away and was so polite. Definitely visit this quaint, laid back spot. There's old school arcade machines and a place for small children to play. We came in mid afternoon so it was nice music playing, very relaxing and a perfect day for ice cream.

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because my family enjoyed their ice creams. But for me I paid $9 for 2 scoops of ice cream and it was basically all crushed waffle chips , some whole ones, NO sprinkles, no fruit as advertised, and a corner squirt of chocolate syrup. Looked so convincing online . Skeptical of returning or referring anyone!

The first time I visited, I had a great experience. While I did think the price was a bit high for the amount of ice cream you receive, the quality made it worth trying again. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. I ordered the same item as before—the brownie rolled ice cream—but it wasn't prepared the same way. During my first visit, the brownie was mixed into the ice cream. This time, it was simply placed on the side of the cup. There was also far too much whipped cream in the center and not nearly enough ice cream. The cup even felt noticeably lighter when it was handed to me, and it became clear why—it was filled with whipped topping instead of ice cream. For the price, I expected much better consistency and value. I definitely didn't feel like I got my money's worth this time. Unfortunately, because of this I won't be returning. I get more ice cream for less money at Handel's in Cornelius and Two Scoops on Union Street in Concord.

My friend and I visited this establishment after dinner. The lady working was very polite and kind, she did a wonderful job explaining the products they sold, as it was our first time visiting. We got the “rocky road” rolled ice cream. As we were waiting for our ice cream, (which didn’t take long, compared to other reviews I’ve read) we noticed the furniture inside was very dirty and the cover for the small pink couch was falling off , revealing the yellow foam pad underneath. There was also a strange old man in the corner using what looked like a gambling slot machine. I don’t think this is a great environment for a child, when the seating is dirty, and there are men watching the children inside. The ice cream was great, but it was definitely over priced for what we got. We could have gone across the street to the QT and gotten a larger serving for much less. Overall, the experience was nice, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
