Coons Candy is a real treasure, around since 1917 and still feels like stepping back in time. Their butter toffee is the star of the show: rich, buttery, and clearly made with a recipe they've perfected over a century. Beyond that, the selection is huge — all kinds of nostalgic, old-school sweets that brought back memories I didn't know I had. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, happy to point us toward favorites and answer questions. The place was packed when we visited, which says it all — locals clearly know this is the spot. Wonderful place! Wish I had gone years earlier! Much more than candy. I purchased some fun gifts there as well. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Will definitely go back however, they are moving so watch their website.

This place really takes me back to Amish country visits. They have a little bit of everything here, old tin posters, homemade soda, local made kitchen utensils, wind chimes and yard decor. But of course they have walls of candy i grabbed the Dubai, and dark chocolate covered strawberry creams. Really regret not getting the peanut butter choclate fudge or buckeyes. Definitely going back soon.

First time stopping, love this place,they have so many different type of chocolates,the ladies working there are super nice and helpful. I was so glad they had buckeyes and chocolate covered pretzels my moms favorite 😍
