To start, the owners are incredibly kind people and you can tell they’ve poured some genuine passion into operating this business. Now the important stuff - the ice cream, it’s amazing. The mix of flavors and varieties they create are unlike any other in town; I tend to try their new flavor every time I visit and I’m blown away every time!! Let’s not forget about the sweet and savory treats they serve beyond the ice cream, those are amazing too! Everything is inspired by New Mexican flavors and ingredients - definitely my go-to spot for small batch ice cream!!

#1 BEST small batch, uniquely flavored, creamy ice cream!!!!!!!!! Their creations are absolutely delicious and will make you yearn to return for more. Hands-down, our favorite flavor is their popular honeycomb and crispy sopaipilla ice cream in homemade waffle cones! They recently made a red wine poached plum crumble pie that was one of the best pies I’ve ever eaten. It was beautifully baked with a flaky crust and the perfect blend of sweetness and spices. They also have huge, gorgeous cookies!! It’s a cozy shop with creative design, friendly faces, and board games in the back. Come check it out, meet Paul & Irma, sample their incredible flavors, and eat the best ice cream in NM.

This place is fantastic! Inventive flavors and awesome combinations. Drove 20 minutes to find out after reading the menu online. This may end up being a weekly (daily?) stop for me! Every flavor I tried was 🔥but the crispy sopapilla with honey-lavender sauce in a brown butter-blue corn cone! 🤌
