Visited with a family of 14. The ice cream tasted good, but the nut toppings were completely spoiled and rancid. Even after throwing the nuts away, the ice cream still smelled terrible.I was not looking for a refund or a replacement. I simply wanted to let them know about the bad inventory so they could fix it. Instead of a polite thank you, the staff was rude and gave a bizarre excuse about "detox." Unprofessional handling of a helpful customer heads-up.

Stopped by today. Can't wait to come back so many choices for flavors on ice cream. 😋 This place has such a beautiful personality touch with the pictures on the wall. Coffee. Desserts. Chicken Salad sandwiches. Plenty of choices for cones. Just a gem in this small down town area. Great prices. I cant wait to go back in and try a little bit of everything. Cowpens is lucky to have a spot like this for this amazing little town.

I had a fantastic experience at Cowpens Coffee & Creamery, a charming spot about 15 minutes outside Spartanburg in the quaint town of Cowpens. The owner and staff provided top-notch customer service, making me feel right at home. The cold brew coffee with homemade whipped cream and the delicious muffins and egg bites were highlights—definitely worth the detour off Interstate 85. I 100% recommend this gem to anyone passing through!
