Stopped in on our way back from NC w/my son, we decided let's go see what Beau Bennet likes about the Barrel (You know the show the ranch) What an awesome place with the store when you first walk in so cool different & nice concept to a restaurant. Right from the get go everyone in this location was incredibly awesome, very nice,very friendly, service was great, atmosphere was nice wasn't loud at all, food was very good, good choices, I enjoyed everything a nice different style of restaurant. Next time I'm with my other son I'll probably stop in with him.

I am reviewing the Mineral Wells location. I stopped in to order the grilled catfish but forgot it was Tuesday so I ordered the country fried pork chops special and they were delicious. I had my usual sides of mash potatoes and gravy, pinto beans, and turnip greens. Nobody does the beans and greens better than Cracker Barrel. Almost as good as mama used to make. It wasn’t loud at all so it was very comfortable being there. Joseph, my server, kept my ice tea full and was very attentive to ask me if I needed anything else. To me this was just a normal experience that I have come to expect and receive at any Cracker Barrel. Really good food and service.

I live in Ohio and we have Cracker Barrel locations here and I will tell you the food is no good. I traveled to Mineral Wells West Virginia with my Mother in law and my nephew to look at some houses. While yhere we decided we are in a different state, so let's try eating at the Cracker Barrel which was right next to our hotel. I will tell you what, that was the best decision we made. The food there was fresh, not from a box or a can, really fresh ingrediants and it was the best meal I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel! Not only was the food great, but he staff was awsome! We had great service and everyone was so nice!! If you travel here, or if you just live here, I totally recommend you eat here!!

Wonderful food and great portions. I absolutely love their dumplings!! I always get to take some home to enjoy later. I can't say enough about the service and friendliness of the staff.
