Such an awesome experience!! So many things here— they have it ALL!! Frozen yogurt, all the toppings, milkshakes, ice cream, BOBA, milk teas, ice coffee, hot coffee, pastries, even nachos and pretzels!! We got the fro-yo and a milk shake and the salted sourdough pretzel with cheese was to die for. The owner was so kind, very friendly too! Let us sample all we wanted and even helped give us a tour of all they had. Offered to take our photo near the Christmas Tree 🎄 Will be coming back when we visit Searcy again!

The management and ownership is fantastic here. I would just like to say they deserve a great rating for one of the best desserts places. I have gone there since their grand opening years ago. I pray the place will become iconic for years to come.

There’s not too many places you could get a scoop of ice cream - inside a snow cone - with a macaron on top and a boba coffee on the side. But at crème & sugar, they do this and more. I always look at the highest / lowest reviews - I was pleasantly surprised (and quite entertained) by the owner’s exacting, sassy clap backs to unreasonable people. Having spent years in customer service, it is rare and refreshing to see an owner so involved and defensive of their staff. I’ve returned 3 times now - and will be back. The prices are great, everything is tasty, and I love the staff - David went above and beyond with all the clients I saw, as well as myself!
