My wife and I come here often but the last few times we have been here, Staff has been incredibly rude. We ordered sundaes and they seemed inconvenienced by the fact we ordered the sundaes. Ice cream is great, staff needs to go through how to deal with customers and make people feel welcome.

The ice cream was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if in the area, even if the facade looks a bit underwhelming.

We have been coming to this place since they opened. Always a great vibe and delicious ice cream with large scoops. Unfortunately, our last 5 experiences have not been great. Employees look miserable and do not engage with the customers. No interaction whatsoever. The lady that rang us up was no better than the boys. We also do not mind paying for premium ice cream and a premium atmosphere but lord, can we at least get a full scoop. It's ridiculous actually. Ice cream is good but the vibe is way off so we are going to stay away for awhile. Maybe it will improve. I am giving it a 2 star and feel that is being generous after our last 5 experiences.

The best ice cream ever!!! They have unique flavors truly something for everyone. Would’ve been 5 stars but the staff is so rude. We come here often and the same girl working everytime never smiles even slightly, no thank you after leaving tips… nothing. Love the icecream though!!
