    What a small town gem! My family and I ate at this place while traveling North Dakota, and I can confidently say this might have been the best meal of the trip. Whether it was the kind atmosphere, the employees, or maybe the best ice cream I’ve ever had, D&D’s ice burg is a 10/10 would recommend for anyone traveling North Dakota

    🍔🔥 LUNCH GOALS ACHIEVED 🔥🍔 Stopped by D & D Ice Burg in Washburn, North Dakota with Timothy May and my son Camden —and let me just say, this place is legendary. The owner Daneen Evanger is an amazing chef. I went all in on the Rodeo Burger and wow… crispy onion rings, tangy BBQ sauce, juicy beef cooked to perfection—every bite was a flavor explosion that belongs on a championship belt buckle. 🏆🐄🍔 If you’re anywhere near Washburn, do yourself a favor and hit up this hidden gem.     Tasty little spot we'll be sure to visit again before the end of season. Very clean inside with some tables and chairs, additional seating outside with umbrella tables. We were both happy with our meals, we had two burger meals and a small slush for $24. I opted for a cheeseburger and made it a meal for $4 more with "gems" which are hashbrown potato rounds, a small drink, and a small sundae. The burgers are served plain with a side of dill pickles in a Solo cup, but you can add toppings for a fee, they have a variety of free condiments available by the counter to select from to dip your sides in or dress up your burger. I chose the hot fudge sundae for my dessert, their ice cream is rich and creamy, and reminds me of what I remember DQ to taste like for a comparison.
