    Very good soft serve, very good service! My only complaint is the price of a ice cream cone, like $4 something! Glad I don't have a family of young kids anymore! But I also realize that's everywhere now, even Mc Donald's is like $3 a cone!

    Terrible. If I can rate a zero I would. Paid close to 30 dollars for just 4 ice cream cones. They are 5.55 each which is incredibly insane and overly priced for a SMALL also got a gelato which was 55 cents cheaper than the ice cream. Stupid. Then when I got the receipt turns out they charged my card a 4% service fee which is ILLEGAL especially with how terrible the service is here the ladies all look miserable and have attitudes. A customer was talking to one of the workers and in mid conversation the worker closes the window and walks away. I definitely won’t be going back to this place at all and I don’t recommend it to anyone else either smh.

    We stop here every time we’re coming back from New Jersey and want a treat! Everyone is so nice and there are a ton of different ice cream options. We’ve gotten sundaes, milkshakes, concretes, and just plain ice cream. It’s all delicious!

    Dairy Palace is the definition of a hometown gem. If you grew up in New Castle, you’ve absolutely spent summer nights in the parking lot, eating ice cream cones off the milk crates behind the stand. It’s a tradition, a rite of passage, and an experience that never gets old. The ice cream? Phenomenal. The serving sizes are huge for the price, and everything on the menu hits the mark. They’ve also kept up with the times—they now accept credit cards, debit cards, and even tap-to-pay, which makes grabbing a treat even easier. The customer service is always warm and welcoming. They’re incredibly kid-friendly and even make your furry family members feel special with their famous pup-cups. It’s clear the staff truly care about the people (and pets!) who come through. Thank you, Dairy Palace, for being a constant in this community. You’re not just an ice cream stand—you’re a piece of New Castle history. 🍦💛
