I've been here a few times. Never had any issues with customer service. Workers have always been friendly and helpful. Tried several samples without them complaining. Prices may be a little expensive but their ice cream is so creamy. Not much area to sit inside. There's plenty of parking with a handicap ramp as well.

We went the afternoon of July 24. Shakes are expensive, about $10 but I was looking forward to a strawberry shake so I ordered that. The scooper took ice cream from a container marked strawberry and creme. I asked and she insisted it was plain strawberry. After driving off I tasted it and was disappointed as it tasted like vanilla with a whiff of strawberry. When things cost so much you need to make sure staff is trained not to make mistakes like that. Also my daughter's chocolate ice cream was not as tasty as one she recently got at Baskin Robbins.

I came to Hawaii for My nephew’s graduation and I decided to stop by this ice cream place. It’s such a cute roadside stop I came in around noon It wasn’t busy at all Their mochi ice cream is so good!! I also want to mention WILL!!! He’s amazing!! He served me and my sister ice cream and he was so kind He also gave Me some recommendations of places to go since it was my first time in Hawaii 5 stars Amazing customer service from Will And great ice cream Would definitely come back!!❤️
