⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deadwood Ice Cream Company was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The ice cream was amazing, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single person working there was genuinely friendly, patient, and upbeat even with how busy it was. They treated everyone like regulars, took time to joke around, answer questions, and made the whole place feel welcoming the second you walked in. You can tell the people there actually enjoy what they do, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference. Great ice cream is easy to find great people are not. We’ll absolutely be back.

We stopped by during our trip and absolutely loved it. Great vibes, friendly service, and such a cool little spot to grab a treat. Everything tasted fresh and indulgent, and you can tell people care about the experience here. One of those places that just makes you happy you stopped in. Highly recommend!

Amazing ice cream and even better service! The flavors were fresh, creamy, and there were plenty of great options to choose from. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a fun atmosphere. A special shoutout to Mo, who was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was deciding what to order. She was patient, knowledgeable about the flavors, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when employees go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great ice cream and outstanding customer service!

Absolutely outstanding! Deadwood Ice Cream Company was one of the highlights of our trip to Deadwood. The ice cream was incredible..fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. Every member of our group found a favorite, and we were already talking about coming back before we even finished our cones! What really made the experience special, though, were the employees. They were absolutely amazing..friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help every customer. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service made us feel right at home and turned a great ice cream stop into a memorable experience. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the business. If you’re in Deadwood, this is a must-visit destination.
