The Story
The aroma of sweet treats and old-fashioned remedies gently beckoned from the welcoming doors of Delaware Apothecary. Inside, the warm glow of the old fountain hinted at simpler times, perfect for savoring a frosty soda or a handmade candy. It felt like stepping into a cherished memory, a cozy corner where good cheer and delightful flavors lingered.

My Rx was sent in 3 business days ago. I followed up with a phone call today and in speaking with a staff member I learned that the pharmacist received it, but that they "don't do that here", yet nobody bothered to notify me. Sounds like there is a big communication gap between the pharmacists and their staff. Very disappointed to learn I would have been waiting indefinitely for my Rx.

Our go to restaurant when we are not where to go. The strawberry Margaritas are always great and the Salmon as well. Even though it's a steak house!

I had to get a topical medication for seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and face. They were very friendly and helpful

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and the service has always been phenomenal up until the most recent months. There is a young lady there that answers the phone whom is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I’ve had 3 interactions with her that have made me extremely uncomfortable with the way that she speaks to me. I asked to speak to someone else that would be willing to help and she became argumentative even after I explained how uncomfortable she was making me. Unfortunately, after this encounter I will be switching pharmacies
