It was my first time and the experience was amazing. My friend have been recommended me to try this ice-cream spot out for a long time. The ice-cream is made in the house and it tastes amazing. I had Banana Pudding and Coffee, they both were so good. My friends had Banana Slit, Brownie with ice-cream on top, Snow Corn, etc. Everything was good.

Just visited recently and all I can say is WOW! This is the best place to take the family for ice cream and snowcones. The owners were extremely nice and you could tell they truly care about serving their customers. They had plenty of flavors to choose from which is great because I'm usually a stickler about my ice cream. This was the best ice cream I had ever had. I highly recommend coming in for any kind of sweet treat. Get the biscoff ice cream!

Great customer service! That was about the only great thing here, she let us sample a bunch and was so nice. We tried the ice cream and were both disappointed, it just tastes really cheap like they use low quality ingredients. And the texture is a little icy, not very creamy. It reminded me of the lowest quality store bought ice cream you could get like Blue bunny. I'm not sure what they're doing or how they are making it but they could use a different recipe, and better add ins. On top of that they have way too many flavors, if there were fewer they could focus on making those few flavors the best. I'm not sure how good the snow cones are but maybe we'll have to come back to try those. The restaurant is also kind of crowded with tables in random spots, it's not organized well at all. Overall just disappointing. Only giving two stars for the customer service.

Absolutely fantastic experience at DeSoto Snow & Creamery! The flavors were incredible super fresh, creative, and something for everyone. The texture of the snow cream was perfect, and everything tasted high quality. The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even better. The shop itself was clean, fun, and had a great atmosphere. If you’re in Southaven, this is a must-stop spot. Highly recommend definitely coming back!
