    Just left here and it was sooooo good! Vibrant atmosphere, big wide window to the cheese factory where you can see them pulling the cheese in huge long strips, and the quesadillas (and my quesabirria 🤤) were incredible. Someone at a nearby table got a burrito and it was as huge as anything you’d get at that chain Mexican restaurant but likely much better. They had samples of each cheese in the cooler with toothpicks and little cups so no one had to stick their fingers in. You can pick up any of their cheeses, curds, and salsas to go and even get a freshly made that day ball of cheese! They also serve ice cream in cups or cones! Lovely people, great music playing, delicious food. A must-stop if you’re anywhere near Salem or Silverton.

    I love that they have samples of all the cheeses for you to try before buying. We got some fried cheese curds and they're something we'll be raving about for a long time, they're delicious. And they have so many salsas to try, we loved the variety. It was really cool to watch them pulling the cheese, too! Just a really cool place, and everything we got was so good, including the horchata and ice-cream.

    Food was delicious! The chicken asado and carne asada are delicious. Mango sorbet ice cream is really good too! I would recommend and come back

    I have passed by every morning in my way to work. I was finally able to stop in for lunch. The cheese samples were delicious. You can order a meal or just pick up cheese and salsa to go. I did both. The meal was delicious and the cheese and salsa I took home were exceptional. I definitely recommend stopping in.
