I'm a long-time resident of port Townsend. Don's has always been way overpriced. Before Amazon and other online stores were a thing, your only choice was to go to Safeway or QFC or drive to go to Kitsap. There have been different people who have owned Don's or manage the store. I went there to look around and I found 2 good pens I need for my sketchbook! They have so many art supplies to choose from and I really enjoyed being there.

Our sincerest THANKS to Pharmacist Don for helping us out of a tough situation when the ferries were cancelled from Port Townsend and we were stuck overnight with my husband's cardiac medications at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island. Don went "above and beyond" with regard to customer service and remedied the situation. It was SUCH a great relief, and he provided EXCELLENT caring and customer service. It was so much appreciated! Our heartfelt thanks go out to him and his business.
