To me, it’s always a treat to come here for any occasion and especially when you’re hungry. To me, you cannot beat the minced barbecue with slaw and hot sauce, followed up with french fries and a large limeade… I dare you to tell me that’s not a good combo right there. If you’re in the area and you’ve never had Doumar’s please go in and try because not only is the barbecue great they’re ham sandwiches are awesome. The hamburgers are extremely tasty and if you know me, that’s a great compliment and pretty much any other item especially the ice cream’s are phenomenal. Quite honestly for the amount of food you receive and the sticker price you can’t beat it. It’s well worth the money you spend.

Dumars is an old diner with car service. I always get the salt box (grilled cheese). It's delicious like homemade. The fries have an interesting flavor, I guess is how you'd say it. They taste like maybe something else in the frier, I don't know. There was a non traditional flavor happening. Great ice cream and sometimes classic cars. Dumars will live forever

This place ROCKED! I looked up really cheap eats in the area, and this place popped up. Talk about cheap, delicious, and fantastic food. My boyfriend got the BBQ pork sandwich with slaw on the side, and I got a burger, side of fries and a sweet tea. My burger was okay, definitely worth the price. My boyfriend's pork sandwich was DELISH, and the tea and fries were awesome. We caved and got some ice cream waffle cones- SO worth it. $25 at the end of it all, and we walked out happy. We WILL come here again and tell our whole family to stop by on road trips!

Nothing better than Doumar’s. Got a couple of hot dogs with mustard and onions. I love how they chop the onions so fine. It’s not just good food, the service and atmosphere lend to the experience. When I drove by I almost didn’t stop because the place was so busy, the parking lot was almost full. I decided to take a chance, went inside to order takeout. Even though they were full, I only waited a couple of minutes to get my food. It is a madhouse in there with everybody doing their part, making drinks, making dessert, plating the food, and taking the food to the cars. It’s exciting to see old fashion car hops with the trays that hang on the door. Hot dogs are $2.40 each.
