The Story
Doyle's keeps the parlor formula unfussy: generous scoops, tall splits, malts thick enough to bend a straw, and a line of kids out the door on a summer evening.

Lovely little ice cream parlor. Absolutely in love with the retro displays of vintage toys. It really was a blast from the past. The ice cream was really good and hit the spot, it was a lot more than what I was expecting, as some other ice cream shops i went to, a single scoop was this tiny little thing. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy your ice cream, which was really nice. Parking is street parking and was fairly easy to find, but you'll be parking in front of other people's houses. Definitely recommend!

My first time to Doyle’s didn’t disappoint. There was a long time which is a great sign, and although chocolate butter brickle was sold out regular butter brickle was delicious! We also loved the homemade waffle cones. They were not too hard and had the right amount of chew and a great cinnamon flavor. Doyle’s if definitely our favorite Spokane ice cream shop! The owners were also the kindest! We will be back.

The 1950s parlor feel was pretty cool as well as all the memorabilia. Best best part of this experience was the homemade waffle cone with the strong cinnamon flavor. You can never have enough cinnamon! It reminds me of cinnamon teddy grahams. Yum yum yum aha
