The Story

The sweet aroma of vanilla wafted from the classic walk-up windows, a timeless invitation to a simpler joy. Kids and grown-ups alike gathered, eyes bright with anticipation for their perfect swirl or rich dipped cone. Every lick was a taste of pure Americana, a delightful escape from the Florida heat that lingered long after the last bite.

This stands has been here for such a long time, I've been so taken by it that I never left a review. I'd just keep showing up and getting my "fix". Let me just tell you this place is amazing. They have the best soft serve around. They have a new cotton candy dip that just so delicious. Come on by. Mind you, they only take cash. BUT! It's a fair trade with what you can get.

Delicious. Kid cone vanilla dipped in cherry shell. Go on Tuesdays so you can get a double punch on your loyalty card. Also they offer pup cups for your fur babies with purchase of a human treat.

I love this place and i refer it to my peers everytime when i get the chance. It's an absolute SHAME there's not one closer to me. I always order a large shake with a cherry mix- it's supposed to simulate cherry chocolate- the chocolate that you eat during valentines day. It kinda sucks it's cash only but that's literally the only drawback. I typically go across the street to make a withdraw to get what i need/want. Customer service is superb and honestly the prices feel worth it. If it wasn't so far... shoot- I'd be there almost every evening. Unrelated, but this place is so awesome- if i could go back in time as a kid. I'd definitely scrounge up all the change in the couches or anywhere i could find it to go to here. I used to do that to a gas station 3 miles down with a bike with my cousin just buy some peace tea and cream filled cookies up in Upstate NY. I'd do the same thing to there if i could. It just oddly reminds me of that scenario everytime i go there.

This will forever be my number one place to get ice cream in Jacksonville! The prices are so reasonable and the portions are large. The ice cream is amazing and they have so many options and choices. The staff has been kind every single time I have visited and ….Ive been a lot. I’ve visited at least 3 or 4 of the different locations here in Jacksonville. This is a local spot I LOVE to support (and bring anyone that comes to visit).
