I received a text with an offer for lunch. I promptly accepted and ordered online. I actually really liked getting this to remind me to take a break from work. The food was great, as typical. One suggestion though, on the make your own sandwiches, please add Roast Beef as an option. There are a few others missing. But that one is a loss to not have on the online order.

If you can’t offer fresh lettuce then take the Caesar wrap off the menu. Dry and brown lettuce, too much parm made it very salty.

Wonderful local gem, located in Old Town Lafayette. This locally owned mom and pop restaurant features local ice cream, homemade breads and baked goods, made-to-order (with the option to build your own) sandwiches, soups, and salads. Home of the unique banana bread ice cream sandwich. Parking is tight, be prepared to walk. I promise it is worth it. Clean restrooms with baby changing station. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff, willing and able to answer questions. We met the owner--nice guy. I enjoyed a delicious veggie and cheese custom made sandwich both times I visited. The first time I had the bread of the day, and the second time I enjoyed the wheat baguette. Take it to go, eat in--no matter which you choose, you're sure to have a tasty and filling meal.

I got the oat milk chocolate ice cream, very tasty. My girlfriend got the cookie monster. Tasted good going down, but not so good coming back up. Super sick, lots of vomiting (hasn't eaten anything else for hours) Unfortunate experience, as I live walking distance from here, and seems like a nice local spot.
