I ordered a malt and the lady put chocolate ice cream in the cup I told her I wanted vanilla ice cream chocolate syrup and malt powder the owner came over and said I had to pay extra for chocolate syrup. I told her that’s not how you make a malt. She wasn’t willing to fix it. I thought that was kind of rude also I won’t be back zero stars!!!!

The flavor burst ice cream is great and just like the shop back home in oregon. Just wish they had more flavor options

Soft serve ice cream! Lots of different flavor combinations available! Also shakes and more. Clean, nice place! Friendly people. Will go again when we're in Nebraska City! Open year round now!

Rude to my fiancé and my 6 yo daughter today. Asking why was he even there. Told him he had an attitude for accidentally touching the board. Came all the way from Omaha. Would not recommend. PS their ice cream is not worth it. Surprised this place is open. Also have heard rumors of them being rude to their employees from friends. Was trying to give it another chance. Definitely regret it.
