Fezziwig's Food and Fountain

The Story
Downstairs from Pickwick's Mercantile, Fezziwig's mixes phosphates and egg creams among Victorian curiosities and towers of imported sweets. It is unapologetically theatrical, and the sodas are genuinely good.

We’ve been a few times, with a nice selection of Harney&sons fine teas as well as adorable china, it’s different every time we pop in. Prices are fair. The place itself is small but the atmosphere and attention to detail is charming! They partner with PickWicks/deadwicks for a little “scavenger hunt” all within a block or so walking. Great way to spread business and makes for a fun afternoon out in town.

We went to Fezziwig's Food and Fountain as a part of a scavenger hunt it was affiliated with two of its other sisters location. Our weekend stay was very short due to a wedding we went to that Saturday afternoon. By the time we were leaving the area, we came across the scavenger hunt on was on a mission to carry through before leaving. Fezziwig's Food and Fountain was a cutesy, decorative setting with a menu selection of food varieties and desserts to reel in customers. We stayed for drinks, macarons, and wanted to buy a Fezziwig's mug for the ride home. The dessert and drinks were okay and average. Service was friendly and the waitress was attentive before we left for the next place to go.

Unique brasserie style place with all day brunch, crepes and sandwiches. Extensive drink menu with hot coffees, teas or transitioning into ice cream or soda jerk style offerings or going to an adult alcohol menu with wines and beer. Fun ambiance with French bistro music setting the mood. Finally we received attentive service from the entire staff and absolutely enjoyed our dining experience.
