I found this lovely place while scrolling through ice cream shops in the area. I live about 17 minutes away and decided to come spend some time here with my mom, who’s visiting, and my daughter. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the place itself is 10/10. It has a wonderful atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. Unfortunately, the service from the two girls working there was disappointing. I ordered three ice creams—one for my daughter and one each for my mom and me. The issue came when I asked for a topping for my daughter’s ice cream. The Asian employee told me it wasn’t possible, so I politely asked her to check with the manager. A very kind gentleman came over and said that it actually was possible. I told the employee there was no need to be rude. I don’t usually go out much these days because I’m undergoing cancer treatment and need to rest, but today I wanted to take my daughter out for a little while and let her enjoy an ice cream. I would recommend that the staff be more empathetic because they never know what customers may be going through. I’m leaving these two stars because of the attitude we experienced. Thank you to the gentleman for his kindness and excellent customer service.

Ice cream is soooo creamy and good, love the variety of flavors. We got taro and caramel con leche cheesecake. Incredible!!! Games and things to keep you busy as well.

This place is delicious and so fun!! I love Taro flavored bubble tea & they have taro flavored ICE CREAM!!! Each scoop is made fresh. Come with time to spare and play some games. Fun table top games and video games too! I will be coming back!!

Awesome ice cream and awesome people! Fun to watch them make the ice cream at the counter and plenty of games to keep the kids busy while you wait. Had the butterbeer and it tasted great! I definitely recommend Foggi ice cream if you need a sweet cold treat, will be returning to try more flavors.
