Above all else, the service from the owner (who happened to be staffing the counter on the day of my visit) was above-and-beyond great. After an engaging conversation about chocolates and our visit from the lower 48 states, I purchased some of her delicious chocolate covered Oreo cookies. Inquired about whether they typically have chocolate covered fruit and although they had sold out for the day, the owner went into the back and came out with chocolate covered orange peel from their most recent batch. It was fresh and delicious. She presented it to me a gift. The quality of her customer service was matched by the amazing quality of her hand-made chocolates. Fresh and with care.

Yummmmmmm. This little candy shop is wonderful!! The staff took time to explain the flavors and offer suggestions. Their chocolates are so good. It's a great gift. The dark chocolate was terrific. And the chocolates are so beautiful with their designs. They have all sorts of cute things. They were kind enough to customize the gift boxes so I'd remember which was which! The candies were a hit!

So, I popped in this shop looking for ice cream. However, I couldn't see the ice cream shown in the shop so I told the owner that I wanted ice cream. The owner was nice, and offered the choices. I ordered both of the varieties she had. Sorry, I didn't remember the name of the blue ice cream. But the color is vibrant, I love it. This is a small cute shop. The decorations are pretty. I recommend if you need somewhere not crowded and quiet in downtown Ketchikan.
