    After a truly disappointing experience at another Friendly's location earlier in the day, we decided to give this location a chance because it was my child's birthday and they still had their heart set on Friendly's. I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the difference was night and day. We were welcomed, seated promptly, and treated like valued guests. Our waitress, Ashley, was absolutely phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. What stood out most was Ashley's personality. Her positive attitude and warm demeanor completely turned our day around. After leaving another location feeling frustrated and disappointed, Ashley's kindness and excellent customer service reminded us what hospitality is supposed to look like. She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was correct. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. Employees like Ashley are the reason customers come back. She took what started as a very disappointing birthday outing and transformed it into a wonderful family memory. Thank you, Ashley, for going above and beyond. Management should be proud to have someone who represents their restaurant so well. We will definitely be returning to this location.

    It's good ole Friendlys but their menu was fire for it to be indeed be Friendlys.... A dag 'gon ice cream shop! Lol. The Lobster Roll was on a roll! Chicken fajita quesadillas we definitely was feeling. So dont sleep on Friendlys now, you can actually get some good food too!. Welll at least at this particular location. The kids menu was also🔥 price and options. . We will definitely be back.

    This is a very nice Friendly's, service is very good. Ice cream is always delicious. The food come out hot, and is a good as well. Enjoy coming here when in the area.

    I been going to Friendlys since a child in NY. It's nice to now take my children and granddaughter to share and have a wonderful experience. Great customer good food.. Delicious ice cream dessert. Love the well organized and fun dessert menu..
