The Most Kind Helpful Staff on Hollywood Blvd. Great Shakes made to order. Thick and Tasty. Great Smells inside and everything chocolate Ghirardelli Style. Great Feel. Nice and Clean Inside. Old Timey Feel. You Have to Check This Place Out. Customer Service with a Smile ☺️😁.

I love this store and always come here when we visit the city, I love their chocolate strawberries especially! Yesterday we were at an event outside happening and standing in the sun right outside on the street for around 14 hours. They let us use their bathroom as much as we wanted and they also had a little table with refillable cold water that they let us use and we really appreciated it. I don’t think I would’ve managed to get through the day without them! The staff and especially security were incredibly friendly. The brownie I had yesterday was delicious too. Looking forward to visiting again!!

They’re famous for their sundaes and, of course, their chocolate. The people who work there are all very good looking, I think that’s the Hollywood effect! It’s busy and touristy, and the sundae was just okay(I didn’t get the hot fudge), but we mainly went for the atmosphere.
