I’m writing this in the hope that a manager will see it. I think it’s great that you hire high school students, but there needs to be better training and/or supervision. I come here often because I really enjoy the ice cream, the atmosphere, and the convenience of being so close to home. However, the service is consistently slow, unusually slow. Today, (Saturday 4/19 around 4pm) it took about 15 minutes to get a soft serve, even though I was first in line. There was also a group of three next to me, and it took about five minutes for each ice cream to be handed out. By the time the third person received theirs, the first person’s ice cream was already halfway finished. I’d really like to see this improved, especially since the lines get very long during the summer. The experience would be much better with more efficient service.

I should have taken a picture. I had a large heath sundae with some changes. Heath bar ice cream, frozen pudding, butterscotch, peanut butter, marshmallow, cherry and nuts. OMG. It was huge and overflowing. The heath ice cream tasted more like plain vanilla, but that is okay. It was so creamy and smooth. I literally savored it as I was eating. So good. They have many flavors, cones, Sundaes, and banana boats. Some frozen drinks too.

An all time classic. Definitely worth the stop when it is open! Sometimes the lines are long, but it is definitely worth waiting! (Brownie sundae in photo. Idr what flavors of ice cream I got)

I found out about this place from their samples at the Ice Cream Festival fundraiser in Worcester. I made it a point to visit because the strawberry cheesecake had me hooked! Boy....I was not disappointed. Please be aware this is a CASH ONLY establishment. I did not have a long wait when we went and there seems to be plenty of parking available. It is also wheelchair accessible to order as well as sitting on the deck. The menu is massive and will definitely bring out the kid in anyone. I did learn a valuable lesson. The serving sizes are very generous. I ordered medium waffle cones and had to have a cup to put part of my ice cream in because it overflows that much! I loved sitting under the trees on the benches they have scattered across the side of the building. The staff were super friendly and the flavor of the ice cream was A...MAZ....ING!! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake with caramel and whipped cream.
