  Julia and Abygil were so wonderful! It was our first time at a Graeter’s icecream and they let us sample and help us to decide on the perfect icecream for us! Very friendly and knew what was in each flavor without hesitation. The shop was super clean and nostalgic feeling. Amazing experience would go back often if we lived closer!

  Since when is a large shake $9? Like many people I’ve been a lifelong Graeter’s customer but let’s not pretend like your margins are that thin. If they are we need reassess something in the business instead of pushing every cost onto the customer. I just think it could be a tad bit more reasonable. A large shake just can’t cost more than a pint and by a whole $1.50!

  So perfect, they serve absoutely fantastic flavorful delicious ice cream and other treats such as chocolates. So many choices and varieties on front of you makes your eyes hurt and mind wander. Then you rational senses take over and instead of a cone you order a double dip Raspberry with chocolate chunks and back in up with another scoop of something else. Makes for a perfect night. This place serves outstanding ice cream. Please stop in and enjoy.

  Friendly staff, old fashioned ice cream store with both indoor and outdoor seating. I got the salted caramel chip and it was yummy. Johnson’s is just down the road and $1 less for the same serving size. Both are good; Graeter’s has a lot more branding merchandise.
