We stopped by Graeter’s on a Saturday night and it did not disappoint. It was very quiet when we visited, likely because it was quite cold outside, so there was no one else there at the time. The person working was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions, which made the stop even better. We ordered the Cookie Monster sundae and the Turtle sundae, and both were excellent. Graeter’s ice cream is one of our favorites. It’s French‑style ice cream made with egg yolks, which gives it a rich, creamy texture, and the fudge is especially good and really stands out in the sundaes. This location is a bit tucked away, but the seating area is very nice and the shop itself was clean and well kept. Overall, this was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend stopping by. Especially if you’re a fan of rich, creamy ice cream and classic sundaes.

If you are innDublin area abd not coming to Graeters for ice cream thats a sin. Go to their big store on Frantz Road. It's beautiful, cozy sitting inside and outside and delicious choices of ice cream.

The best ice cream in Columbus. Walking into the store, you get that wonderful waffle cone smell in the air. Always fresh, always creamy, and always delicious. Service is great and friendly. Cookies and cream with big chunks is my favorite! Vanilla is always a great go-to.

Our experience was absolutely incredible, and Coop was the biggest reason why. From the moment we arrived, he treated my family with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and had everything we needed. Coop was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers. His positive attitude, outstanding service, and attention to detail turned a great visit into an unforgettable one. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about creating an amazing experience, but that’s exactly what Coop did. If every employee provided the level of service that Coop does, every business would be a five-star experience. He was everything we could have asked for and more.
