Super efficient with the crowd for ice cream week. I was very impressed with the manager checking on each employee individually to make sure they were doing okay. I don't think I have ever seen this done before. Major kudos to this team! Keep up the great work.

Stopped off to get my free reward cone. This location is clean and stocked. They were not too busy at 5 PM on a Wednesday, but there were a couple of folks ahead of me. The team was super friendly and I was able to easily navigate my choice and use my rewards. The blueberry pie is amazing! Those chunks of pie crust - mmmmMMMMMmmm good!!

There aren't Graeter's where we live, so thought we would try it. Went about 9:30pm on a Friday night. Although it was busy, there was plenty of staff to get through quickly. Amazing customer service from them all. The ice cream was really good. I recommend the Lemon Meringue Pie for a refreshing treat! We also had a Cookie Monster Sundae, a Shamrock Sundae and a double scoop in a cup that received positive reviews from the family!

Hello Ice Cream lovers of the world. If you don't know this Cincinnati original, you should get to know it. Some delicious flavors are Smores and Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Enjoy a chocolate dipped waffle cone with a double dip of chocolate chocolate chip!.
