I found this place through Google Maps and I’m so excited to try it out! OMG, it’s definitely a spot that should go viral! The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is warm and friendly. The portions are generous, which made my husband and me really happy. I went with a half banana flavor and Oreo cookies creamer, no. 2319—so tasty! I can’t wait to come back this weekend to try even more flavors.

Great ice cream, great service. Great NW Ice Cream has new owners and they have settled in well to the community and their new business! The ice cream is made in house in small batches and features quite a few unique flavors that you’re not going to find in the grocery store or at other ice cream shops. We love having the reliable hours and being able to support a local creamery in our community. The owners are great and very community focused. The store is cute, and they’ve made a very cute outdoor seating area with picnic benches. Enjoy house made waffle cones, milkshakes, and a rotating supply of delicious seasonal icecream along with their staples. The salted caramel is a must try. They’ve done a great job revamping this ice cream shop. Definitely a must visit when visiting Cornelius or driving through.

Glad I discovered this place. Definitely stop here if you appreciate great ice cream! The flavors do change but there will be something for everyone.

Many months since we last met, the call went out and a Quest to The Great Northwest Ice Cream Parlor was undertaken. We four journied, over rivers and under moutians, to obtain the hand crafted delights promised at our destination. Masterpiece Malted Milkshakes, Blueberry Cheescake in a Warm Waffle Cone, and "Dirty Shirley" Cherry Lime Sorbet (Gluten Free!) tempted us to plot a return trip as soon as the calendar will allow. (Milkshake spoons are AC Approved .)
