Such delicious custard. The root bear float is so good and the pina colada Italian ice is perfect. It’s not icy at all and has great flavor. Could not recommend this place more. Will definitely be coming back. The gelati is our favorite with the Italian ice and custard.

This is homemade Italian ice with gelato. It's great. I came here 3 times in one week and the line of cars went around the block. The flavors pictured here are the 'peach and vanilla gelato size large' and 'a mix of vanilla and chocolate gelato mixed with peanut butter cups also size large'. The Happy Belly place has a get some savings thing going on if you give them your phone number. The price is not cheap for the ice cream but I still think it is worth it.

As an out of state visitor, I have never experienced such disrespectful customer service. I was the passenger in the car, we approached the drive-through line from Youree Drive. As we were turning right in to the drive-through, we saw another car approaching from around the building. We paused as the other vehicle approached and my friend waved them to go pass us. The driver of the other car waved at us to proceed but we still didn’t go forward until the other driver “flashed her lights”. The young lady (the person taking the orders) coming out to take orders on a handheld device skipped our vehicle and went to the car behind us to take theirs. As sat and observed, the young lady then went and took the next car back order. At this point it was obvious we were skipped with no explanation why. When we finally got up to the serving window, the same young lady that had been taking orders outside made it a point to be at the window when we approached. The young lady then explained to us that we “cut the line” and that the driver of the other car stated the same thing. My friend then explained that we did not intentionally cut the line and even waved for them to go in front of us. The young lady continued to tell us that she was going by what she observed and rudely denied us service. My friend explained that it was a obvious misunderstanding and how proper customer service should be. Once the server denied us service, as we began to drive off, the server kept saying “bye “ rudely” First and foremost, there is no obvious sign(s) directing how the lines are set up. The young lady NEVER explained that we had to enter at a different location. We waved at the other driver to go in front of us but apparently there was a miscommunication. Regardless of the situation, when people are in a customer service position, professionalism must be maintained. We returned back to the business approximately 10-12 minutes later to attempt to get our order. There was a different young lady at the window and she proceeded to help us. My friend then asked if she could explain her point about the previous interaction. The server was understanding, professional and politely heard her out while completing our order. To prevent future issues and confusing customers, signs should clearly indicate the flow of traffic for the drive-through. If the servers are being directed to deny service to customers if entering to wrong way, and it’s not clear to the customers, there is a clear disconnect. Lastly, front-facing servers must remain professional and understand how to handle situations without offending customers. Thank you for your response. Respectfully, the situation could have been handled much differently from the beginning. The employee taking orders could have simply approached our vehicle in the drive-through and politely explained where the correct entry point was located. That action alone would likely have prevented any confusion and avoided the negative interaction that followed. If you review your surveillance footage, you will see that we paused before proceeding through the drive-through. We did not intentionally or blatantly "cut" the line. Additionally, we did not observe any "Do Not Enter" signage at the location where we entered, which contributed to the misunderstanding. Most importantly, regardless of any confusion about the traffic flow, it does not justify the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional customer service we experienced. Customer concerns can be addressed respectfully, and that did not occur in this instance. As consumers, one of the few tools available to us is the ability to share our experiences through reviews. While business owners may disagree with a customer's perspective, they cannot dictate how a customer chooses to respond to an experience they genuinely had. My review reflects my honest account of the interaction and the level of service I received.

They do run out of flavors so have back up chooses! However the flavors they do have are always amazing! I’ve been multiple times and it’s always a hard choice bc there are so many good options! Plus you can get blended flavored Italian ice and custard and it’s heaven on earth! You need to try it- no matter the weather! They only do drive thru but they work super quickly! Plus they have loyalty cards :)
