Delightful destination for gourmet, freshly crafted premium ice cream and sorbet. They offer a baklava sundae and floats. They also sell jams to-go. You can taste 2 flavors (choose wisely). We enjoyed a scoop of strawberry mint sorbet and Yuzu caramel black sesame ice cream: 2 thumbs up! They have fancy dipped wafer cones and some toppings (including honeycomb candy bits). There's an outdoor shade structure for partaking outside if the few indoor tables are full. There's 2 handicapped parking spots off street, and everyone else needs street parking. Pet friendly for the well-behaved. Customers and staff were kind to each other. It's off the beaten path but worth the visit.

Great ice cream - smooth and creamy. Great flavors for adult palettes. Got a flight - 4 half scoops. Adobe Road with red chile, vanilla fudge chunk with pinon brittle, yuzu caramel with black sesame, and creme fraiche with blueberries. May have to get flight again as it was so hard to pick just 4. Also, great patio and indoor seating in nice atmosphere. Worth the drive.

Heidi's Ice Cream is a true hidden gem in Albuquerque's industrial area—and absolutely worth seeking out. If you're looking for a dessert experience beyond the usual, look no further. This is gourmet ice cream at its finest, defined by its innovative flavors and perfect execution. My wife and I both opted for the flight of four flavors, which I highly recommend for tasting their range. I was blown away by the balance of my choices: the Raspberry Sorbet was bright and clean, the Earl Grey was subtly aromatic, and the Brown Butter Piñon was a rich, nutty masterpiece. My wife loved the creamy intensity of the Triple Chocolate Brownie Chip and the unique tang of the Crème Fraiche Blueberry. Every single flavor hit that perfect note of sweetness—never overwhelming, just right. A huge bonus is that the waffle cones are freshly made right there, which adds an incredible, warm crunch to the experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dimitri, the owner/operator, who is clearly passionate about his craft. He was super friendly, helpful with suggestions, and elevated the entire visit. The shop itself is cute, clean, and welcoming. Don't let the industrial location fool you; this is a must-visit for any ice cream aficionado. With easy side-street parking available, Heidi's is now our go-to spot for a quality dessert craving.

Amazing ice cream. Great atmosphere and great patio. It's also tucked away somewhat in an industrial park so it's cool to find. Highly recommend for a date or just taking the kiddos out. Their root beer float is also really, really good too.
