Visited from out of town and stopped by here for an after dinner cone. Got the birthday cake (way too sweet and not what I was expecting…I was expecting more of a funfetti vanilla cake flavor and what I got instead was I think chocolate cake?? Not that that’s bad but a description of the flavors somewhere on the menu would’ve been nice). I also got a scoop of brown sugar vanilla and it was okay…paired with the over baked waffle cone it tasted like salt and burnt together tbh…and this isn’t because of the toasting of the marshmallow…the brown sugar vanilla was the bottom scoop and nowhere near the marshmallow topping. My favorite part of my cone was the toasted marshmallow fluff at the top. I took stars off for not allowing flavor samples and because the ice cream melted so damn fast. Keeping up with the melting made it hard to enjoy honestly. The inside of my mouth felt raw from how sweet and then salty this whole cone was. It’s also possible that weird salty and burnt flavor I was getting off the cone could have been from any baking soda/baking powder if that is an ingredient. Service was great and the staff were really nice otherwise.

Ice Cream Taco Tuesdays. Frankly, that’s the first thing that comes to mind whenever someone asks me about this place. Since they make their ice cream in small batches, they always have a few experimental seasonal options rotating through, but my go-to orders are always the Honey Lavender and the Salted Caramel Crackle. They rotate their ice cream taco menu every few weeks, but they sometimes get sold out by early afternoon. If you really want to snag one, I highly recommend getting there early.

Outstanding, incredibly delicious, homemade ice cream that might be the best I've ever had in Boston since living here in 2012 and I am in the "top 10% of ice cream shop reviewers", according to Google, so take that with a sprinkle. They greatly support the queer and trans communities, including their employees, so all the more reason to support. Has wifi, restroom, and handi-accessible entrance. Unfortunately bathroom is down stairs. Try their waffle cone cups! Everything is good.

Generous portion size, but was unpleasantly surprised by the texture of the ice cream. It was overly soft and felt half melted, and as I kept eating the ice crystals became apparent and made each bite very icy and watery, not creamy. Definitely not the quality I expected for this very popular ice cream shop
