Stopped in there today as I had stopped for groceries in the same area. Always like to support a local business, but their chance to make a great first impression was wasted, and they will not get a second chance. I wanted a milkshake to satisfy my craving for ice cream and it would be perfect to enjoy n the drive back home. When the employee came from the back to assist me, I asked for a shake and was told they could not make shakes because they ran out of MILK!! Seems silly for a business to run out of something they clearly use a lot of, and worse yet they are located about 150 feet from a GROCERY STORE. Clearly they can do better one would think. I will not be back.

Visited this place for the first time with my husband and three kids on a Friday evening. I took the kids straight to the bathroom because they had to go. First thing I noticed was the filthy bathroom. It was really gross, I was surprised. Then when we walked out to the front, I couldn’t help but notice the dirty floor and walls. One can only think that if it’s this dirty in the front of the house, the back of the house must be the same or worse. And many years working in foodservice can validate those feelings 😅 Doesn’t make you feel good eating at a place with thoughts like that. The worker was sweet. The ice cream was good. We ordered two of the small cups for our toddlers (3 and 2 years old). We were expecting just one scoop or so but it ended up being close to three. Way more than we really wanted. Total was $23 for two small cups, a waffle cone, and a shake. We would have preferred smaller serving sizes with a cheaper total, but ehh, I’m more worried about cleanliness. Hope management and employees can stay on top of the cleanliness! That is top priority! We don’t have many ice cream places in Hattiesburg and I’d like this one to stay around! The vibes were nice in there. I liked the chalk board for the kids. With a change in lighting on the dining side (not so bright and LED) and a jukebox, we could really have some fun!

Delicious. But just FYI, this is a single scoop (with marshmallows). I just wished they had Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a topping like said on the topping menu. But everything was great!

After spending $40 on ice cream for my family with the open sign still on and the store still open with customers in there and only after we got our stuff were we made aware that “the lobby was closed” and we had to leave with all of our stuff. mind you there were literally still customers coming and going and sitting in the store. But we were made to leave because a few lazy kids didn’t want to have to clean the store late. Also no posted hours on the doors.
