  This is such a fun, colorful candy store with a large variety. From classic favorites to giant gummies and unique treats you can’t find everywhere, they truly have something for every sweet tooth. The store is well organized, making it easy to browse, and there’s always something new to discover each visit. The staff is friendly and keeps the store clean, and the playful displays add to the experience. If you’re looking for a fun stop with the kids or just want to treat yourself, IT’SUGAR is worth checking out!

  I never thought I’d be the type to leave a review for a candy store but here I am. This place is great, and honestly, it’s because of the people, especially Cadence. Cadence is hands down one of the most professional and personable people I’ve ever come across in retail. Every time we come in, she goes out of her way to make us feel welcome. The way she treats my kid really stands out she’s patient, kind, and genuinely cares, which is something you don’t see everywhere. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. The store is always clean, well stocked, and has all the latest trendy and viral candies, but what keeps us coming back is her. She creates an experience, not just a quick stop for sweets. She’s the kind of person you just know is going to go far, whether that’s running her own store someday or leading a team. I really hope the store recognizes how valuable she is, because employees like her are rare.

  The store is bright and has the look of what you would like to see in a candy store....tons and tons of candy. For the most part the floors and merchandise all look in good condition. The only real negatives I have are the prices for some of the candy can be on the high side specifically for some items you could find in a dollar store for much cheaper. And second is mainly on the people coming into the store with kids. Many times I have seen them reach into buckets with their hands to touch or grab at the candy. Thankfully the parents stop them but the fact they have already touched it and just let it sit there can be bothersome. But otherwise its a nice store.

  Please update your hours across all platforms, or better yet, put them on your door. My husband and I were under the impression the store closed at 10, went in at 8:52 and had the lights turned off on us after only 4 MINUTES OF LOOKING. One would think the employees could have kindly explained to us how they were about to close instead of ignoring us completely and hoping we took the hint. Never thought I’d leave a bad review for a candy store, but the customer service baffled me (5+ years in customer service myself). I would like to suggest that you reiterate to your employees how they should treat customers, paying customers at that as I was going to buy something.
