Honestly the first time trying to get a banana split last year they did not have the ingredients and today: just as disappointing. Ordered a banana split and love less than a mile from the shop and this is what I had when I got home.

This little roadside spot is exactly what you want when you're craving a classic treat on a warm day. The soft serve is incredibly creamy and they give you huge portions for a really fair price, which was a pleasant surprise. It has a fun, old-school atmosphere where you can just pull up, grab a cone or a milkshake, and enjoy it outside. The service was super quick and friendly even though there was a bit of a crowd, making it a perfect quick stop for a snack. It’s definitely a local gem that makes you feel like summer has officially arrived.

I went to this "dairy bar" for the first time recently, and it was an awful experience.......the service was bad and the girl that served me was not respectful at all, tall, dark haired girl. she was very rude and had an attitude only from me asking simple first time questions. when I pulled out my card she rudely told me that it was cash only. once i got my food it was okay, I got a chicken basket and the chicken was cooked all the way, but the fries were soggy and not done all the way. overall I would say my experience was not a good one. should be better.

The Jackrabbit Dairy Bar in Lonoke is an absolute treasure. First of all — bring cash. That’s right, it’s cash only, like your grandma’s garage sale. No cards, no tap-to-pay, no fancy phone scanning — just good old paper money. But honestly, that’s part of the charm. Now let’s get serious: the cheese dip. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in it, but it’s basically liquid gold. Smooth, creamy, perfectly seasoned — it clings to the fries like it was born to. I’d happily eat a bowl of it with a spoon and call it dinner. Honestly, if they sold it by the gallon, I’d clear out my fridge to make space. It’s that good. Of course, the burgers are fantastic — juicy, cooked just right, and piled high with all the fixings. The fries are crispy and perfect for dunking (again: cheese dip, people!). And the milkshakes are so thick you’ll feel like you're getting a full arm workout trying to get that first sip through the straw. The staff is friendly, fast, and always has a smile, even when the line wraps around the building. The whole place has that small-town, everybody-knows-your-name kind of vibe that makes every visit feel like a treat. If you’re in Lonoke and you haven’t been to the Jackrabbit Dairy Bar, you’re missing out on one of life’s simple joys. Just don’t forget your cash and your stretchy pants — you’ll need both.
