Usually LOVE Jeremiah’s and have no problems going here, but my experience this time was just completely unacceptable! Went with my bf and we asked for our Jelatis with no lids because we planned on sitting inside and enjoying. Not only did we have to wait until the drive through orders were completely finished being made, but the employee working at the time put lids on our order and practically forced us out. Put our orders in a bag and when I told her we had no lids, she responded with “Oh it’s okay” and still gave us the bag. I guess we aren’t allowed to stay? The craziest part is that I come to this Jeremiah’s location often, so I have a general idea of what’s proper and what’s not when it comes to how orders should look and be handled. I normally don’t write reviews, but this has completely ruined my experience. Whoever was working on March 15, 2026 at 2:30-3 pm with the short blondish hair needs to be corrected because she needs a few pointers on customer service.

Great ice cream and a fun atmosphere! Staff was super friendly and immediately offered us help with any menu questions. They also have a drive thru window if you don’t feel like getting out the car. We got the Oreo mud pie and the grasshopper. Both were delicious! Ice cream was light and smooth. I would definitely come here again.

Stopped in for a cool treat with my son's. The place was very clean, service was top-tier from the young ladies, and the Gelato and ice cream were DELICIOUS! We sat inside to eat our dessert and played some of the table top games they have. Would visit again.

I’m celebrating boss’s day by giving treats to each of the managers and these ice cream sandwiches are so well packaged in the absolute cutest packaging ever-all individually wrapped with a sticker, and they had them ready to go in minutes. If I wasn’t already obsessed with Jeremiah’s (I admit, I have a healthy Italian ice addiction), this would do me in! All the staff is so nice and does everything with care—everyone always has such a positive attitude every time I visit—this place could write the manual for customer service and standard of care, just can’t say enough great things! 1000/5 stars!
