Mike & Ikes are my favorite. Fruit flavored jelly beans that are delicious. The packs come in different sizes and weights. I formerly liked Hot Tamales the intense cinnamon jelly beans; but, have switched favorites.

Blue Raspberry Peeps: Peeps never really played a role in my Easter candy experiences as a kid, so they don’t carry a nostalgia factor for me. That being said, the handful of flavors I’ve tried have done little to impress me and I’ve been somewhat critical of them. Blue raspberry is one of my favorite flavors though and it was enough to get me to buy these for the first time a couple Easters ago. The packaging easily caught my eye as it’s a lovely combination of blue and purple hues. Each package contains ten beautiful blue peeps (it doesn’t hurt that this shade of blue is my favorite color).

Love almost all of their candy but gotta say their Mike & Ike's Merry Mix is delightful!

I had no idea that Just Born were the manufacturers of Peeps, because I was here for the wonderful Goldenberg's Peanut Chews. Since 1917, these bite-sized candy pieces are made here. Goldenberg's company was acquired by Just Born in 2003, who made some small adjustments to the product to try to expand beyond the mid-Atlantic. Originally, a military ration bar, they've since been released for the public to enjoy. Chewy, chocolate, peanuts. A delicious treat that I had had as a child and rediscovered more recently.
