Ketchi Candies caught our attention with its beautiful displays and tempting selection of sweets. What We Liked: • The candies were attractively displayed and looked absolutely delicious in the case. • A nice variety of options to choose from. Our Experience: • While the candies looked wonderful, the flavors didn't quite meet our expectations. • We purchased several items but did not end up finishing all of them. • Service was disappointing during our visit. There were only a few customers in the store, yet it felt as though the employees were not particularly interested in helping or serving us. Overall, the presentation was stronger than the actual experience. Would We Return? Probably not. While we're glad we stopped in and tried it, neither the flavors nor the customer service gave us a reason to come back.

In our cruise stop in Ketchikan, I was thrilled we could we stop in Ketchicandies shop after researching gluten free options in the port area. We walked in and heard another patron excited to find chocolate covered gluten free pretzels (they are amazing), and then staff pointed us to other options like chocolate covered gluten free Oreos. And the fudge was delicious! We’ve been home for a week and still enjoying our Alaska treats from this shop. Definitely recommend stopping and finding something to enjoy.

Amazing candy store... Great service delicious candies, the atmosphere truly makes you feel like a kid in a candy shop!!! The Duck fart is amazing, Rob's Log is also a must, the chocolate covered nutter butter and Oreos delicious... if you travel to Ketchikan this is a must STOP!!!

I genuinely love this shop so much that I want to work here! Not only is the customer service fantastic, but the “truly Ketchikan” candy is never a hit-or-miss—I’ve liked everything. Whatever your sweet tooth craves, they’ve got every variety. Shout out to the extensive gluten free section! 100/100
